Luis A. Delgado

        Hi, I Am Luis, I hold a Remote pilot certificate under part 107 of the Federal Aviation Administration. I always had an affinity for aviation, I have flown anything from airplanes to helicopters, remote and manned, and now I fly drones. I served in the US Army and retired after 22 years of active duty. It was there that I was first exposed to drone operations many years ago. I served in geospatial and imagery intelligence analysis and engineering capacity. I worked with multi-spectral, synthetic aperture radar and infrared satellite imagery. I also worked in full-motion video missions derived from drones. I worked as an ISR collections manager and instructor before I retired. I also worked in LIDAR and photogrammetry projects during this time. I figured I could use the skills learned in the military to support civilian applications and the idea for d2isr was born. I have been actively flying drones since 2020. I have worked with several real estate agents to showcase aerial imagery of properties in their inventory. I have also been privileged to record the Ronald Reagan HS marching band.  I put videos of places I have visited on the d2isr youtube. I am excited for the opportunity to serve you.
